# Planning client separation for an agency

Match team seats, permissions and device requirements to the clients you are authorised to support.

            In short

Agency setup starts with client permission, access boundaries and a plan sized for the team. Starter includes one seat, Growth five and Scale unlimited seats; confirm the available workspace controls before purchasing.

## Inventory each client

List the authorised accounts, operators, applications and data requirements for each client. Identify what must be kept separate and which tasks need approval. Use this list to define the configuration rather than starting with a fixed fleet size.

## Compare plan capabilities

Check the Android version, memory, storage and IP type as well as seats. A higher device count does not automatically provide a required application feature or a particular carrier. Confirm unusual needs with support.

## Use a staged rollout

Test a representative client workflow first. Verify who can access the device and where exports are stored. Keep an independent recovery path before moving other clients.

## Review the purchase and exit terms

The monthly service rate differs from the amount to load initially. Review the order charge, prepaid balance, refund windows and how to end the service. Agree data handover and access removal when a client contract ends.
