# Preparing an authorised Instagram workflow

Set up client permissions, device access and content handling before moving work to a cloud phone.

            In short

Start with the account owner’s permission and the tasks you actually need. A cloud phone does not create a guaranteed warm-up curve or guarantee reach; choose a compatible configuration and test a limited workflow.

## Agree the work

Document the account owner, authorised operators, content approvals and recovery contact. Keep access specific to the client task and review the platform’s conditions for the proposed workflow.

## Prepare the configuration

Confirm the Android version, app availability, network option and team-seat count. If a feature is essential, evaluate it on the offered device before paying for multiple devices.

## Review content handling

Keep client media in its agreed location and verify you have the rights to publish it. Check the intended account and audience before posting. Automation should not remove a required client approval.

## Monitor real results

Use your own task results and the application’s available diagnostics to assess the workflow. Do not interpret a sample dashboard, a device label or a successful test post as a guaranteed future reach or account-survival result.
