# Separating client work across cloud devices

Organise authorised access and data boundaries without claiming that separate devices make accounts unrelated to a platform.

            In short

Separate devices can help organise client work, but they do not guarantee that a platform cannot associate accounts. Focus on permissions, credential handling and data boundaries rather than treating device separation as a way to bypass enforcement.

## Map accounts to clients

Keep a record of account ownership, approved operators and the work each person may perform. Use the client’s documented authorisation and avoid borrowing another account’s recovery channels.

## Choose the seat capacity

Starter includes one seat, Growth five and Scale unlimited seats in the catalogue. Confirm the actual access controls and workspace structure available for your service before relying on a team design.

## Limit accidental sharing

Keep credentials, exports and client data in their approved locations. A separate device does not help if operators share a password file without access controls or upload data to the wrong client account.

## Plan offboarding

When an operator or client leaves, confirm how access, exports and remaining service data will be handled. Keep the support request focused on the order and required change, without including secrets.
