# Cloud phones and account restrictions: what to evaluate

Separate device compatibility from account permissions, content rules and platform decisions.

            In short

A cloud phone does not guarantee that an account remains available. Device compatibility, network access, account history and the platform’s rules can all matter; no universal list of signals proves that a provider is immune to enforcement.

## Start with authorised access

Make sure you or your client is entitled to operate the account and use its data. Review the platform’s rules for the intended work before choosing automation or creating a new workflow. Hosting permission does not override another platform’s conditions.

## Check the actual app

Confirm the supported Android version, login requirements and network needs. Test the configuration you will buy rather than relying on a screenshot, a sample dashboard or a claim about every competing provider.

## Treat integrity results as one input

A reported device-integrity result describes a particular check at a particular time. It does not guarantee successful seller verification, banking access, account reach or future acceptance by every app. Ask which requirement the result actually addresses.

## Keep a support record

When access fails, note the app version, device, time and exact error. Use the platform’s appeal process where applicable and contact hosting support for service issues. Do not repeatedly recreate accounts as a substitute for resolving the cause.
