# Crypto credits, with the initial payment explained

PhoneCloudify orders use prepaid credits. The smallest initial payment is $35, even when one Starter device costs $12.90 for a month. See the service charge, payment, bonus and leftover separately.

## What each payment adds to your balance

The percentage applies from the listed threshold until the next tier. Custom payments from $35 to $25,000 use the same rules. Credit is denominated in USD; the crypto quote specifies the asset, network and transfer amount. External network or exchange fees may apply.

Examples assume a new payment and no existing balance. A preset can exceed the minimum. Use a custom amount to pay the displayed minimum; bonus credit does not lower that cash floor. For example, 17 Growth devices cost $359.80 for a month after the 15% volume discount. A $350 transfer is below that order minimum even though its bonus would raise the credit value.

- Payments are verified automatically. Preparation follows confirmation. Keep your order reference.

**Cloud service price**
Starter $12.90, Growth $24.90, Scale $39.90 per device per month. Annual prepaid totals: $130.80 / $250.80 / $406.80.

**Initial credit payment**
Minimum $35; an order above $35 requires at least its service total in cash. Presets may be higher; a custom amount is available. Bonus credit is separate from the amount paid.

**Crypto assets and networks**
BTC (Bitcoin), XMR (Monero), LTC (Litecoin), ETH (Ethereum), TRX (Tron), SOL (Solana), USDT (ERC-20 / TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20 / legacy TRC-20).

**Payment and delivery**
Payments are verified automatically. Service preparation or hardware dispatch follows confirmation; timing and availability depend on the order. External wallet or network fees may apply.

**Buy without uploading ID**
Buy without uploading an identity document within our under-$5,000-per-30-days policy. Checkout requires an email; Telegram is optional. Higher-value orders and enterprise purchases may require additional checks.

**Refund scope**

## Refunds and unused credit

      Unused paid credit can be requested back within 14 days under the published refund conditions. The bonus has no cash refund. Consumed cloud service, annual commitments and physical device returns have separate conditions; remaining credit does not by itself make an entire purchase refundable.

**Does a bonus reduce the amount I transfer?**

      No. A $150 payment adds $165 in credits, including a $15 bonus. You still transfer $150. The service charge is deducted from the resulting balance.

**Do credits expire?**

      The published credit policy has no expiry date. A non-expiring balance is separate from the 14-day window for requesting a refund of unused paid credit. Bonus credit is non-refundable.
