# Device profiles and account separation

Plan device configuration, authorised access and changes without treating a profile as a no-ban guarantee.

## Choose the right plan

Compare the profile and resource features of your plan before buying. Starter and higher tiers do not have identical identity, network or team options. Ask support to confirm any required feature.

## Separate client access

Keep client credentials and data in the agreed workspace and restrict access to the people who need it. Obtain permission before transferring client accounts or session data.

## Record the configuration

Record the Android version, app versions and network option associated with a work device. Plan upgrades and migrations so that you can test the effect on your applications.

## Back up before changes

Confirm supported export and recovery procedures before changing or retiring a device. A profile or device identifier does not replace an application login, identity verification or platform permission.
