# Planning a migration to PhoneCloudify

Confirm what transfers, test a small migration and keep recovery options before switching services.

## Inventory the source

List the current provider, devices, apps, client permissions, network requirements and available export formats. Transfer only accounts and data you are authorised to manage.

## Agree the scope

Ask support which items can be migrated, what must be recreated and what the work costs. Confirm the expected timing before ending the source service. No universal import compatibility or fixed turnaround is assumed.

## Test before scaling

Migrate one representative workflow first. Check sign-in, application data, permissions and connectivity, then decide whether the result meets the agreed requirements.

## Complete the transition

Keep the source and independent backups until checks pass. Record which devices have moved, revoke obsolete access and agree how remaining source data will be removed.
