# Planning an authorised automation workflow

Define permissions, limits and recovery before selecting automation tools for Android work.

## Describe the job

List the app, authorised account, input data, actions and desired output. Confirm that the platform permits the proposed automation and that you have the necessary account permissions.

## Confirm tool availability

Ask support which workflow features, schedules and limits are supported for the selected plan. A sample flow or console demonstration is not proof of a connected production integration.

## Test a small scope

Use a limited test with a clear stop condition. Review errors and results before running a job repeatedly. Do not treat a timing pattern as a way to guarantee account acceptance.

## Plan recovery and access

Keep secrets out of shared scripts. Identify who can edit or stop the workflow and how to recover from a partial run without repeating an action unintentionally.
