        FAQ

## Bans & detection

**Can a cloud phone guarantee that an account will not be banned?**

No provider can guarantee a platform decision. PhoneCloudify offers Android cloud phones for managing accounts you are authorised to use. Choose the device, network and team options your work needs; account history, content, permissions and platform rules still matter. Ban Shield has defined eligibility and is not an unlimited no-ban promise.

**Can I use a PhoneCloudify cloud phone for Snapchat?**

You can evaluate a cloud-phone configuration for authorised Snapchat work. Confirm the required Android version, device compatibility and network before ordering, and test a limited workflow before expanding. No account-survival percentage or exemption from Snapchat rules is guaranteed.

**What does the Ban Shield guarantee cover?**

The published Ban Shield policy offers a device-month credit and an identity rebuild for eligible Growth or Scale cases: a ban within 30 days of registration caused by a device or network signal. Content violations, spam reports and broader platform-policy changes are excluded. Contact support with the order and relevant evidence for review; this is separate from a cash-refund entitlement.

**What should I check before relying on Ban Shield?**

Check the plan, covered event and claim requirements before ordering. Keep the app version, event time and relevant error information when reporting a problem. A compatibility feature or support policy does not establish a guaranteed patch deadline or a measured account-survival rate.

**Does a cloud phone guarantee reach or prevent shadow-bans?**

No. A cloud phone supplies an Android environment and the selected network option. It does not control recommendations, moderation or account reach. Use authorised accounts, respect platform rules and assess your content and workflow separately from device configuration.

**How should I check Android app compatibility?**

Confirm the Android version and the exact app requirements for your selected plan. If an app needs a particular Play Integrity result, test that requirement on the offered device before committing to a fleet. Device integrity does not replace the app or platform identity checks, and no result guarantees acceptance by every app.

## Product & technology

**What is a cloud phone?**

A cloud phone is a remotely hosted Android environment that you operate through a connected interface. It can separate a work device from your local handset and reduce the hardware you manage yourself. PhoneCloudify sells plans with different resources, Android versions and IP types; review the actual configuration before ordering.

**When will my cloud phone be ready?**

Payments are verified automatically; service preparation follows confirmation. Availability and preparation depend on the selected service and configuration. Contact support before ordering if you have a specific deadline. Sending a transaction is not itself confirmation that a device is ready.

**How do I choose a device location and network?**

Choose the location and IP type needed for your authorised workload, then confirm current availability before buying. Starter lists a datacentre IP, Growth a 4G mobile IP and Scale a 5G mobile IP. A location label does not guarantee latency, a specific carrier or approval by an app.

**Can I use my own proxy?**

Confirm the proxy protocol, authentication method and selected device compatibility with support before ordering. Check which IP option is included in your plan so you do not buy overlapping services. A proxy does not guarantee anonymity or account acceptance.

**Can I automate an authorised workflow?**

Describe the app, required actions and scheduling needs to support, then confirm the available automation tools and limits for your plan. Test on accounts you control with appropriate permissions before expanding. Automation must follow the acceptable-use policy and the rules of the platform involved.

**How many team seats does each plan include?**

The catalogue lists one seat for Starter, five for Growth and unlimited seats for Scale. Choose a plan for the people who need access, and confirm the available permissions and client separation before purchase. Do not share account credentials to work around a seat limit.

**Which Android versions are listed?**

Starter lists Android 11 and 13; Growth adds Android 14; Scale also lists Android 15. Confirm the version and app compatibility available for your order. An operating-system change can affect application data and sessions, so plan it with a backup and a test.

        FAQ

## Pricing & payment

**What does a PhoneCloudify cloud phone cost to start?**

Starter is $12.90 per device per month, Growth $24.90 and Scale $39.90. The initial prepaid-credit load is at least $35, so $12.90 is the monthly service rate, not the minimum first payment. Quantity, billing term and add-ons change the order total. Review the service charge, amount to load and any remaining credit separately at checkout.

**Which cryptocurrencies can I use?**

Checkout offers eight assets across ten routes: BTC, XMR, LTC, ETH, TRX and SOL on their native networks, plus USDT and USDC on TRC-20 or ERC-20. Pay directly to the displayed wallet using the exact asset, network and amount. Payments are verified automatically. Wallet, exchange and network fees may be additional. USDC on TRON is a legacy option no longer supported by Circle; check wallet compatibility before sending. Card payment is not offered in this checkout.

**Why does checkout ask for at least $35?**

PhoneCloudify uses prepaid credit and sets a $35 minimum load. A service charge below that amount can leave a balance for later purchases. The selected order or a preset top-up can require more than $35; review the exact total before paying. Paid and bonus credit are shown separately, and bonus credit has no cash value. The published refund window for unused paid credit is 14 days from the relevant load.

**Can I evaluate the service before ordering a fleet?**

Contact support to confirm the evaluation access available for your intended app, plan and location. A console demonstration is an interface preview, not proof of a connected live device or measured performance. Test the requirements that matter to your workflow before buying multiple devices.

**What is the refund window?**

Unused paid credit can be requested back within 14 days of the load that created it; spent credit and bonus credit are excluded. The separate cloud-plan guarantee allows a full refund within 7 days of the first cloud-plan payment, subject to its published exclusions; it does not cover renewals. Hardware has a separate 14-day return window from delivery for unactivated items in original condition, less outbound shipping. Refunds use the original crypto asset. Read the refund policy and contact support with the order reference before returning an item.

**Can I stop using the service or cancel renewal?**

Contact support with your order reference to confirm the service end date and cancellation procedure. Keep an independent copy of data you need before ending a service. Refund eligibility follows the separate first-cloud-plan, unused-credit and hardware policies. A crypto transfer does not authorise the service to pull future payments from your wallet.

**What should I include in my budget?**

Review the plan, device quantity, billing term and selected add-ons, then compare the service charge with the prepaid load required. Extra IPs, storage or managed options can change the price. Your wallet or exchange may charge a network or withdrawal fee. The three standard plans include different seat counts and IP types, so compare like-for-like configurations.

        FAQ

## Hardware & shipping

**What hardware can I order?**

The hardware catalogue lists PhoneCloudify handsets, nodes, racks and a SIM bank. Compare the exact model, resources, included software and capacity on its product page. Confirm stock, app requirements, destination and the complete delivered price before ordering; a catalogue description is not a guarantee of acceptance by every app.

**How do I confirm hardware shipping?**

Provide the item, quantity and destination to confirm availability, dispatch estimate, carrier, duties and shipping charge before paying. Delivery time depends on stock and destination. Use the delivery estimate agreed for your order rather than assuming every product ships worldwide within one fixed period.

**What hardware warranty is published?**

The published hardware policy describes a 24-month warranty, with separate conditions for arrival faults and battery cover. Confirm the model, eligible fault, return address and shipping responsibility with support before sending equipment. Keep your purchase reference and do not assume an automatic replacement shipment.

**Should I choose cloud phones or physical hardware?**

Cloud plans reduce the equipment you manage and are priced as a service; hardware adds an upfront purchase, power, connectivity and maintenance. Compare the full cost for your device count and required period. Local equipment may suit particular control or connectivity requirements, but neither format guarantees a return on investment or platform approval.

        FAQ

## Account & support

**How can I contact support?**

Use support@phonecloudify.com or the Telegram contact linked on the contact page. Include your order reference, the affected service and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys. Confirm any contractual response commitment in your enterprise agreement; no measured response-time average is published here.

**Can I migrate from another provider?**

Contact support with the current provider, number of devices, apps and export formats to confirm the migration scope. Transfer only data and accounts you are authorised to manage. Test a small migration and retain the original service until the new workflow works; compatibility, costs and timing depend on the source and target.

**Does PhoneCloudify ask for identity documents?**

Buy from PhoneCloudify without uploading an identity document within our policy for purchases below $5,000 in a rolling 30-day period. Sign-up uses an email and password, and checkout requires order and payment information. Additional order checks may apply, including higher-value or enterprise purchases. Your wallet, exchange or the app you use can impose its own verification requirements.

**How do I confirm API support?**

Tell support which operations your integration needs and confirm the supported API, authentication, rate limits and documentation for your plan before ordering. A console demo or code example does not establish a live device-management integration. Test a limited scope before relying on automation for a fleet.

**What information is retained?**

Account and order handling uses your email, account details, configuration, payment information and support correspondence. The privacy policy describes additional service records and retention. Crypto payment and the published KYC policy do not mean no personal data exists or that activity is untraceable. Ask support about specific retention or export requirements before ordering.

**Which uses are prohibited?**

The acceptable-use policy prohibits fraud, impersonation, child sexual abuse material, malware, phishing, harassment and unauthorised access. Manage only accounts and data you are permitted to use, and follow the rules of the platforms involved. Hosting tools do not remove those obligations.

USDC on TRON is a legacy network option. Circle discontinued its support; confirm your wallet or exchange supports the selected route before sending. [Circle announcement](https://www.circle.com/blog/circle-is-discontinuing-support-for-usdc-on-the-tron-blockchain).
