## Three checks for a suitable network purchase

### Country and carrier

    Tell us the exact requirement before paying. A list of countries is not evidence of live inventory or an available device in each country.

### Pricing unit

    A per-GB residential option and a per-month mobile IP are different products. Match the unit to expected usage.

### Platform requirements

    A network connection does not supply an approved account, verification number or permission to bypass platform rules.

## Prices, payment and purchase conditions

**Cloud service price**
Starter $12.90, Growth $24.90, Scale $39.90 per device per month. Annual prepaid totals: $130.80 / $250.80 / $406.80.

**Initial credit payment**
Minimum $35; an order above $35 requires at least its service total in cash. Presets may be higher; a custom amount is available. Bonus credit is separate from the amount paid.

**Crypto assets and networks**
BTC (Bitcoin), XMR (Monero), LTC (Litecoin), ETH (Ethereum), TRX (Tron), SOL (Solana), USDT (ERC-20 / TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20 / legacy TRC-20).

**Payment and delivery**
Payments are verified automatically. Service preparation or hardware dispatch follows confirmation; timing and availability depend on the order. External wallet or network fees may apply.

**Buy without uploading ID**
Buy without uploading an identity document within our under-$5,000-per-30-days policy. Checkout requires an email; Telegram is optional. Higher-value orders and enterprise purchases may require additional checks.

**Refund scope**
Unused paid credits: request within 14 days; bonus credit has no cash refund. First cloud-phone purchase: 7-day policy. Hardware: 14-day return conditions. Read the refund policy before paying.

## Questions before you buy

**Is a mobile IP included with every cloud phone?**

      No. Starter includes datacenter IP, Growth 4G mobile IP and Scale 5G mobile IP. The tier determines the offered allocation.

**Can I select any country at checkout?**

      The shipping-country selector does not select a datacenter or mobile carrier. Contact us about a required IP country, carrier or region before purchase.

**Can I buy every extra in the standard plan basket?**

      The standard checkout covers cloud plans, hardware and credit. Contact us to confirm separate proxy or add-on availability and ordering.

**Does a mobile IP guarantee approval or provide SMS?**

      No. Network type does not guarantee account acceptance, and IP allocation is separate from phone numbers, SMS and calls.

**What is the total with a plan?**

      Growth and Scale already include their listed IP allocation. Avoid counting the same inclusion twice; request a quote only for additional requirements.
