Why a balance rather than per-order invoicing
Crypto invoices have a floor
Every on-chain payment costs a network fee and a confirmation wait. Settling a $12.90 device month individually means paying that overhead twelve times a year for one device. One load covers months of orders.
Devices never stop mid-warm-up
A Snapchat account four days into a 96-hour curve does not survive its device going offline for a payment. A balance removes that failure mode entirely.

Why is there a $35 minimum when a device is $12.90?
Because orders settle from a balance rather than being invoiced one by one, and a balance has to be worth loading. Every on-chain payment carries a network fee and a confirmation wait, so settling a $12.90 device month individually would mean paying that overhead twelve times a year for a single device. The floor is stated before you pay, whatever is left over stays on your account without an expiry date, and unused balance is refundable in crypto for 14 days.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no expiry date, no dormancy fee and no monthly deduction. Balance carries across billing cycles and across plan changes indefinitely.
Can I get unused balance back?
Yes, in the same crypto asset you paid with, for 14 days after the load that created it, less anything already spent. Bonus credit is not refundable in cash — only the amount you actually paid. After 14 days the balance stays as credit, which you can spend on anything PhoneCloudify sells including hardware.
Is the bonus a discount?
It is credit, not a discount. Load $150 and $165 lands on your balance — you pay $150 and can spend $165. It is worth more than an equivalent percentage discount because it applies to everything you buy afterwards, including hardware, which is never discounted otherwise.
What does auto-reload actually do?
It loads your default amount whenever the balance falls below $20, and takes 5% off every purchase for as long as it is enabled. The operational reason to turn it on is that a Snapchat account four days into a 96-hour warm-up does not survive its device going offline because a balance ran out. You can switch it off in the console at any time.
Does the free trial need a balance?
