FAQ

Bans & detection

Why are PhoneCloudify cloud phones not banned when every other cloud phone is?

Because there is no emulator to detect. Every other cloud phone runs Android inside a container or a QEMU virtual machine, which leaks dozens of signals — an x86 CPU ABI, a SwiftShader GPU renderer string, missing /proc entries, flat sensors and a datacentre IP. PhoneCloudify runs Android directly on dedicated ARM silicon, one tenant per node, with a real SIM in a real modem. There is no virtualisation layer, so there is nothing for Snapchat, Meta or ByteDance to fingerprint. Our rolling 30-day ban rate across the whole fleet is 0.11%.

Does Snapchat really not ban PhoneCloudify accounts?

Snapchat is the hardest platform to survive and we are the only provider that publishes numbers on it. In our February–May 2026 benchmark, 500 accounts registered on PhoneCloudify, warmed up with the standard curve, showed 97% survival at 30 days. The same script on GeeLark gave 34%, on UgPhone 7%, on Redfinger 4% and on VMOS Cloud 2%. Snapchat bans in retroactive waves keyed on device attestation, sensor entropy and carrier binding — all three of which PhoneCloudify satisfies natively rather than by spoofing.

What happens if an account does get banned?

The Ban Shield guarantee credits your device month and rebuilds the identity free of charge. It applies to Growth and Scale plans, to bans occurring within 30 days of registration, and only to device or network signals — not to content violations, spam reports or platform policy changes affecting your niche. You claim it from the console in two clicks; the credit lands within one business day and we send you the forensic log showing which signal tripped.

How does Ban Shield keep up when platforms update?

We monitor APK releases for 27 apps continuously and diff every attestation-related class. When Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok or Google ship a change to their integrity SDK, our reverse-engineering team characterises the new checks, we build a profile patch and push it over the air to every node. Median time from APK release to fleet-wide patch is 19 hours. The 12-month worst case was 61 hours, for Snapchat Device Attestation v3 in November 2025.

Does PhoneCloudify prevent shadow-bans and reach throttling too?

Device signals are handled; content signals are still yours. A shadow-ban has two possible causes — the platform distrusts the device or the platform distrusts the behaviour. PhoneCloudify removes the first entirely. The second depends on your posting cadence, content quality and how aggressively you automate, which is why every plan ships with per-network warm-up curves and rate guardrails built from what actually survives.

What Play Integrity verdict do PhoneCloudify devices return?

MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY on Growth, Scale and all physical hardware; MEETS_DEVICE_INTEGRITY on Starter. That means Google's own attestation API considers the device a genuine, uncompromised Android handset with a valid hardware-backed key. Apps that gate on STRONG — banking, some payment SDKs, TikTok Shop seller flows — work normally.

FAQ

Product & technology

What exactly is a cloud phone?

A cloud phone is a real Android device that lives in a datacentre and that you control from a browser or desktop app. You see the screen, you tap and swipe, and the device runs 24/7 whether or not you are watching. Social media operators use them to run many accounts from one desk without buying, charging and babysitting a wall of physical handsets. The difference between providers is what the device actually is underneath — a container, a virtual machine, or in PhoneCloudify's case a dedicated ARM system-on-chip.

How long does it take to get a device running?

Eleven seconds from clicking "create" to a booted device with a bound identity. Cloning an existing identity takes about four seconds because the snapshot is already warm. Provisioning a new country or carrier can take up to 90 seconds if we need to activate a fresh SIM in that region.

Which countries can I get devices and IPs in?

Devices are hosted in 14 regions and mobile IPs are available in 187 countries. The full list is in the console, but the deep pools — where we hold multiple carriers and can rotate without leaving the ASN — are the US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Nigeria, South Africa, Canada and Australia.

Can I bring my own proxies?

Yes, on every plan. HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 and WireGuard are supported, with per-device assignment and automatic leak testing before the device boots. That said, the mobile IP included from Growth up is a real carrier connection rather than a rented residential exit, and in our own data it outperforms every third-party mobile proxy we have tested on Snapchat and Instagram.

Can I automate posting, DMs and account creation?

Yes — visually with the RPA builder or programmatically through the REST API. The RPA builder ships with 140+ templates covering registration, warm-up, posting, story cycles, DM sequences and engagement. Everything runs through our human input synthesis layer, so taps carry pressure and contact area, swipes follow Bézier curves and timings are drawn from real session distributions rather than a random number generator.

Can my team share devices?

Yes. Starter includes one seat, Growth five, Scale and Enterprise unlimited — and seats are always free, we never charge per user. Role-based permissions let you scope an operator to a device group, hide credentials, and log every action to an exportable audit trail. Agencies typically create one workspace per client.

Which Android versions can I run?

Android 11, 13, 14 and 15 depending on plan, with Android 16 in beta on Scale. Version choice matters more than people think: an account registered on Android 15 that suddenly reports Android 11 after a device change looks exactly like a stolen session, so we pin the version to the identity for its lifetime unless you deliberately schedule an upgrade.

FAQ

Pricing & payment

How much does an PhoneCloudify cloud phone cost?

From $12.90 per device per month on Starter, $24.90 on Growth and $39.90 on Scale, with 16% off if you pay annually. Growth and Scale include a dedicated 4G or 5G carrier IP, which competitors sell separately for $5–14 a month. Volume discounts start at 5 devices and reach 38% at 100. There is also pay-as-you-go metering at $0.0055 per minute with a $0.99 daily cap per device.

How do I pay? Do you accept cards?

You load a prepaid balance in cryptocurrency through OxaPay, and every order settles from it. Twelve assets are accepted — USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC, TON, SOL, TRX, XMR, BNB, DOGE and MATIC — across dozens of networks. We do not take cards, because card processors in this category impose chargeback exposure and account freezes that we are not willing to pass on to customers as instability. Enterprise contracts from $2,490 a month can be invoiced and paid by bank transfer on net-30 terms.

Why is the minimum top-up $35 when a device is $12.90?

Because orders settle from a prepaid balance rather than being invoiced one at a time, and a balance has to be worth loading. Every on-chain payment carries a network fee and a confirmation wait — settling a $12.90 device month individually would mean paying that overhead twelve times a year for a single device, and it would mean a device going offline mid-warm-up every time a payment was pending. In exchange: credits never expire, the bonus ladder gives you up to 28% extra credit on larger loads, the $35 floor is shown before you pay, and unused balance is refundable in crypto for 14 days.

Is there a free trial?

Sixty minutes on a real Growth-class node, no card and no KYC. That is enough to install an app, check the fingerprint against any detection site, run a Play Integrity check and see the ban-rate telemetry for yourself. If you want longer, ask on Telegram — we extend trials for anyone evaluating a fleet of 10 or more.

What is your refund policy?

Seven days, no questions, on all cloud plans. We refund to the same crypto asset you paid with, at the amount received rather than the market rate at refund time. Physical hardware follows a separate 14-day return window and must arrive unactivated, since a flashed device with a bound identity cannot be resold.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the console, and the device runs until the end of the paid period. Identities are retained for 60 days after cancellation so you can come back without rebuilding, and you can export the full profile bundle — cookies, tokens, app data — at any point.

Are there setup fees, seat fees or profile fees?

No. One price per device per month, seats are free and unlimited on Scale, profile creation is free, snapshots are free within your plan limit and the API has no per-call charge. The only things that cost extra are additional mobile IPs beyond the one included, extra storage, and the optional managed service.

FAQ

Hardware & shipping

What is an PhoneCloudify physical phone?

A retail Android handset re-flashed with PhoneCloudifyOS, our identity-isolating ROM. Each device holds up to 50 fully separated identities — separate hardware IDs, separate storage, separate network stack — and switches between them in about two seconds. It arrives configured, passes Play Integrity STRONG out of the box, and receives the same Ban Shield profile patches as our cloud fleet.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Worldwide, dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. DHL Express and FedEx Priority from Hong Kong and Shenzhen; 2–3 business days to Europe, the US and the Gulf, 3–5 to Latin America and Africa. Packaging is plain and unbranded, and the airway bill declares "consumer electronics — mobile handset". DDP with prepaid duties is available for the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and the UAE.

What warranty comes with the hardware?

Twenty-four months on all handsets and racks. Dead on arrival is replaced free within 30 days including return shipping. After that it is advance-swap RMA — we ship the replacement before we receive the faulty unit, and you pay only the outbound shipping. Batteries are covered for 12 months against swelling, which is the failure mode that actually matters at 24/7 duty.

Should I buy hardware or rent cloud phones?

Rent the cloud unless you have a specific reason to own metal. Cloud is cheaper to start, scales in seconds, needs no space or power, and lets us patch profiles instantly. Hardware makes sense when you need local SIMs from a specific carrier, when session data must never leave your building for client-confidentiality reasons, or when your fleet is stable enough that an 18-month payback beats a monthly bill. Plenty of customers run both — hardware for their flagship accounts, cloud for volume.

FAQ

Account & support

How do I get support?

Telegram, and the median first response is under four minutes during business hours. The people answering are Android engineers and former farm operators, not a ticket triage team. Scale and Enterprise customers get a shared channel with named engineers and a 30-minute response SLA around the clock.

Can you migrate my existing profiles from another provider?

Yes, free, and typically within 48 hours. We import profiles, cookies, tokens and proxy configuration from GeeLark, Multilogin, AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, GoLogin, Incogniton and MoreLogin, rebuild each identity on PhoneCloudify hardware, then run both fleets side by side for a week so you can verify before you cancel anything. Fleets above 200 devices get a dedicated migration engineer.

Do I need to provide identity documents?

No KYC for orders under $5,000. Sign up with an email, pay in crypto, and you are provisioned. Above $5,000 in a rolling 30-day window our payment provider applies its own compliance checks, and enterprise contracts paid by bank transfer require standard business verification.

Is API access included?

Yes on every paid plan, with rate limits by tier — 1,000 calls a day on Starter, 25,000 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. The API covers device lifecycle, identity management, proxy binding, RPA execution, file transfer and ADB tunnelling. Official SDKs exist for Python, Node.js and Go, and every event fires a signed webhook.

What data do you keep about my devices?

Operational metadata only: device state, identity parameters we generated, billing records and the telemetry that feeds Ban Shield. We do not log screen content, keystrokes, message bodies or media, and we do not inspect application traffic. Everything is encrypted at rest, deleted 60 days after cancellation, and exportable at any time. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

What am I not allowed to do with PhoneCloudify?

No fraud, no impersonation of real people or brands, no CSAM, no malware distribution, no phishing and nothing that breaks the law where you or your audience are. Running multiple accounts, managing clients, and automating your own social media work are all fine and are what the product is for. The full list is in the acceptable use policy, and we enforce it — around 340 accounts were terminated for AUP violations in 2025.
