PhoneCloudify supports authorised agency, seller, creator and application-testing work. Use only accounts and data you are entitled to manage and follow applicable law and the rules of the platforms involved. This policy describes uses the service does not permit.

What is fine

  • Operating multiple accounts you or your clients own, on any platform.
  • Managing client social media accounts under a service agreement.
  • Automating your own posting, engagement and messaging within platform rate limits.
  • Marketplace and seller-account operations across multiple storefronts.
  • Application testing, QA and device-compatibility work.
  • Privacy-motivated separation of personal and professional identities.

What is prohibited

  1. Fraud. Payment fraud, refund fraud, chargeback abuse, fake reviews sold as genuine, engagement sold as organic to a buyer who is told otherwise.
  2. Impersonation. Passing yourself off as a real person, brand or organisation you do not represent.
  3. CSAM and child endangerment. Zero tolerance. Reported to the relevant authorities without notice to you.
  4. Malware and phishing. Distributing malicious software, credential-harvesting pages or fraudulent login flows.
  5. Harassment and coordinated abuse. Brigading, doxxing, targeted harassment campaigns.
  6. Illegal goods and services. Anything unlawful in Hong Kong, in your jurisdiction, or in the jurisdiction of your audience.
  7. Unauthorised access. Using the service to access accounts or systems you do not have permission to access.
  8. Circumventing our own controls. Attempting to extract identities, bypass rate guardrails, or resell access without agreement.

Enforcement

We investigate reports and telemetry-flagged activity. Confirmed violations of items 1, 2 and 4 through 8 result in suspension and, usually, termination without refund. Item 3 results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
