Ban Shield is a conditional service-credit policy for these plans. Starter is not included.
A covered cause and period
The policy concerns an account disabled because of a device or network signal within the stated registration window.
A service remedy
Eligible cases receive the device-month credit and identity rebuild described in the terms. It is not cash insurance or a promise of reinstatement.

Prices, payment and purchase conditions
- Cloud service price
- Starter $12.90, Growth $24.90, Scale $39.90 per device per month. Annual prepaid totals: $130.80 / $250.80 / $406.80.
- Initial credit payment
- Minimum $35; an order above $35 requires at least its service total in cash. Presets may be higher; a custom amount is available. Bonus credit is separate from the amount paid.
- Crypto assets and networks
- BTC (Bitcoin), XMR (Monero), LTC (Litecoin), ETH (Ethereum), TRX (Tron), SOL (Solana), USDT (ERC-20 / TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20 / legacy TRC-20).
- Payment and delivery
- Payments are verified automatically. Service preparation or hardware dispatch follows confirmation; timing and availability depend on the order. External wallet or network fees may apply.
- Buy without uploading ID
- Buy without uploading an identity document within our under-$5,000-per-30-days policy. Checkout requires an email; Telegram is optional. Higher-value orders and enterprise purchases may require additional checks.
- Refund scope
- Unused paid credits: request within 14 days; bonus credit has no cash refund. First cloud-phone purchase: 7-day policy. Hardware: 14-day return conditions. Read the refund policy before paying.

What exactly does Ban Shield cover?
Under the published terms, Growth and Scale accounts disabled within 30 days of creation because of a device or network signal may qualify for a device-month service credit and an identity rebuild. Eligibility is reviewed under the terms.
What is excluded?
Content, conduct, third-party reports, payment issues and changes in platform policy are excluded. It does not cover every restriction or guarantee account reinstatement.
Is this a cash refund?
No. Ban Shield provides a conditional service remedy. Requests for unused credit, first cloud purchases and hardware returns have separate refund conditions.
Should I buy Growth only because of Ban Shield?
Choose Growth when its 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, 4G IP and five seats fit your work. Treat Ban Shield as a conditional additional service policy, not a substitute for platform compliance.
