Ban Shield™ — the layer that keeps accounts alive

Anti-ban is not a feature you ship once. It is a war you have to keep fighting. Ban Shield is the team, the telemetry and the patch pipeline that keeps PhoneCloudify profiles ahead of every attestation build shipped by Snap, Meta, ByteDance and Google.

Architecture

Seven layers of coherence

A ban happens when one signal disagrees with the other three hundred and ninety-nine. Ban Shield keeps them all in agreement.

L1

Silicon

Dedicated ARM64 SoC. Native arm64-v8a ABI, real cache topology, real thermal curve, real CPU governor behaviour under load.

L2

Firmware

Vendor bootloader, verified-boot chain, TEE and StrongBox keymaster. Play Integrity returns MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY.

L3

Identity

IMEI, IMSI, serial, Android ID, GSF ID, advertising ID, MAC and Widevine cert — generated once, bound to the node, never recycled.

L4

Sensors

Live accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, barometer, light and proximity streams driven by human motion traces with per-identity personality.

L5

Network

Real SIM, real modem, real carrier. Correct ASN, rDNS, MTU, TCP fingerprint, jitter profile and cell-tower coherence.

L6

Behaviour

Human input synthesis on every tap, swipe and keystroke, plus warm-up curves and rate guardrails tuned per network from survival data.

L7

Intelligence

Continuous APK diffing across 27 apps, attestation reverse engineering, and an OTA patch pipeline with a 19-hour median response.

Pipeline

How a new platform build gets neutralised

From the moment Snapchat pushes an APK to the moment your fleet is patched.

T+0h

APK released

Our crawler picks up the new build from Play, APKMirror and regional stores within minutes of publication.

T+1h

Automated diff

Classes, native libraries and string tables are diffed against the previous build. Anything touching attestation, sensors or device IDs is flagged.

T+4h

Reverse engineering

An engineer characterises the new checks on an instrumented node and writes a reproducible detection test.

T+11h

Profile patch built

The device profile is adjusted, then validated against the new test plus the full regression suite of 1,240 historical checks.

T+15h

Canary fleet

Deployed to 200 internal accounts. We register, warm up and monitor for 4 hours before touching customer devices.

T+19h

Fleet-wide OTA

Pushed to every cloud node and every licensed handset. No downtime, no reboot, no action needed from you.

Rolling 30-day ban rate across the entire PhoneCloudify fleet, updated weekly from console telemetry. Industry average is our own benchmark of five competing providers under an identical test.

Guarantee

And if we get it wrong

If an account on a Growth or Scale device is banned within 30 days of registration for a device or network signal — not for content, spam reports or platform policy — we credit the device month back and rebuild the identity free of charge. Claim it from the console in two clicks.

November 2025: what happened when we failed

Snapchat shipped attestation v3 without warning and our patch took 61 hours instead of 19. 1,847 customer accounts were lost. Every one was credited and rebuilt free, at a cost to us of roughly $91,000. The full post-mortem is public.

Questions

Ban questions, answered

Why are PhoneCloudify cloud phones not banned when every other cloud phone is?

Because there is no emulator to detect. Every other cloud phone runs Android inside a container or a QEMU virtual machine, which leaks dozens of signals — an x86 CPU ABI, a SwiftShader GPU renderer string, missing /proc entries, flat sensors and a datacentre IP. PhoneCloudify runs Android directly on dedicated ARM silicon, one tenant per node, with a real SIM in a real modem. There is no virtualisation layer, so there is nothing for Snapchat, Meta or ByteDance to fingerprint. Our rolling 30-day ban rate across the whole fleet is 0.11%.

Does Snapchat really not ban PhoneCloudify accounts?

Snapchat is the hardest platform to survive and we are the only provider that publishes numbers on it. In our February–May 2026 benchmark, 500 accounts registered on PhoneCloudify, warmed up with the standard curve, showed 97% survival at 30 days. The same script on GeeLark gave 34%, on UgPhone 7%, on Redfinger 4% and on VMOS Cloud 2%. Snapchat bans in retroactive waves keyed on device attestation, sensor entropy and carrier binding — all three of which PhoneCloudify satisfies natively rather than by spoofing.

What happens if an account does get banned?

The Ban Shield guarantee credits your device month and rebuilds the identity free of charge. It applies to Growth and Scale plans, to bans occurring within 30 days of registration, and only to device or network signals — not to content violations, spam reports or platform policy changes affecting your niche. You claim it from the console in two clicks; the credit lands within one business day and we send you the forensic log showing which signal tripped.

How does Ban Shield keep up when platforms update?

We monitor APK releases for 27 apps continuously and diff every attestation-related class. When Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok or Google ship a change to their integrity SDK, our reverse-engineering team characterises the new checks, we build a profile patch and push it over the air to every node. Median time from APK release to fleet-wide patch is 19 hours. The 12-month worst case was 61 hours, for Snapchat Device Attestation v3 in November 2025.

Does PhoneCloudify prevent shadow-bans and reach throttling too?

Device signals are handled; content signals are still yours. A shadow-ban has two possible causes — the platform distrusts the device or the platform distrusts the behaviour. PhoneCloudify removes the first entirely. The second depends on your posting cadence, content quality and how aggressively you automate, which is why every plan ships with per-network warm-up curves and rate guardrails built from what actually survives.

What Play Integrity verdict do PhoneCloudify devices return?

MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY on Growth, Scale and all physical hardware; MEETS_DEVICE_INTEGRITY on Starter. That means Google's own attestation API considers the device a genuine, uncompromised Android handset with a valid hardware-backed key. Apps that gate on STRONG — banking, some payment SDKs, TikTok Shop seller flows — work normally.
