PhoneCloudify Credits — 14 days on unused balance

Orders are settled from a prepaid credit balance with a $35 minimum load. Unused balance is refundable in the same crypto asset you paid with, for 14 days from the load that created it, less anything already spent.

  • Credits never expire. There is no expiry date, no dormancy fee and no monthly deduction. After the 14-day window the balance simply stays on your account until you spend it.
  • Bonus credit is not refundable in cash. If you load $150 and receive $165, the refundable amount is the $150 you actually paid, less spend. The $15 bonus has no cash value.
  • The minimum is disclosed before payment. The $35 floor is shown on the checkout page, on the pricing page and on the credits page, before any payment is created.

Cloud plans — 7 days, no questions

Cancel within 7 days of your first payment on any cloud plan and we refund in full. No form, no retention call: message support on Telegram or email [email protected] and it is processed within one business day.

Refunds are issued in the same crypto asset you paid with, for the amount we received, not the market value at refund time. If BTC moves between your payment and your refund, that movement is yours in both directions.

Renewals

The 7-day window applies to your first payment only. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any point and the service runs to the end of the paid period.

Metered balance

Unused pay-as-you-go balance is refundable at any time, less any minutes already consumed. There is no expiry on prepaid balance.

Hardware — 14 days, unactivated

Physical devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less outbound shipping, provided they are unactivated and in original condition. Once a device has been activated and an identity bound to it, it cannot be resold and is not returnable.

Dead-on-arrival units are replaced free within 30 days including all shipping. After that, the 24-month warranty applies with advance-swap RMA.

Ban Shield credits

Ban Shield credits are service credits applied to your account, not cash refunds. They do not expire and can be applied to any PhoneCloudify product including hardware.

What is not refundable

  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Enterprise contracts, which are governed by their own terms.
  • Custom engineering or managed-service work already delivered.
  • Hardware that has been activated, flashed by you, or physically modified.
