Is this a physical product or a cloud subscription?
These six catalogue items are physical products: three handsets, two racks and a SIM Bank accessory. Cloud-phone rental is a separate service.
Why is the suggested payment different from the price?
Purchases settle from prepaid credits. The minimum credit payment is $35 and the maximum is $25,000; an order requires at least its product total. Suggested presets can be higher, and a custom amount is available. The product price, paid amount, bonus and remaining balance are shown separately.
Can I pay for hardware with crypto?
BTC (Bitcoin), XMR (Monero), LTC (Litecoin), ETH (Ethereum), TRX (Tron), SOL (Solana), USDT (ERC-20 / TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20 / legacy TRC-20). Payments are verified automatically. Service preparation or hardware dispatch follows confirmation; timing and availability depend on the order. External wallet or network fees may apply.
Where can it be shipped, and what is extra?
Choose a shipping country and confirm availability, dispatch estimate and the complete delivery cost before paying. An “Other” country selection requires confirmation. Freight, import duties and local taxes may be additional; no worldwide free-shipping or fixed arrival promise is included in the product price.
What if I need to return the hardware?
The published hardware policy allows a return request within 14 days of delivery for unactivated equipment in its original condition, less outbound shipping. Confirm return instructions and applicable costs before sending anything back. Unused paid credits have a separate 14-day policy; bonus credits have no cash refund.
